I had already gotten to see our little babe on a couple of occasions up to this point, but Ryan had not. I was so excited for him to see our little floater on the ultrasound. It was also proof that I wasn't just making up my sickness and being so tired all the time, and that there was actually a little human in my belly.
I always thought this baby was a boy. Ryan always wanted it to be a girl. When we came home from the ultrasound, we separated pick and blue skittles into two bowls. Whichever color my family found more of was supposed to be the gender of the baby. Too bad Ryan counted his blue color wrong or it would have actually worked. There ended up being more pinks than blues, so the family thought it was a girl for a split second until I freaked out.
Well, needless to say, I'm right. Tiny Todd really is a Tiny Todd and not a Tiny Tiff. He was not shy at all when it came to showing off his goods. We couldn't be more thrilled to be welcoming this new little guy into our family.
